CPL Roush Hero WorkoutPast
A memorial hero workout held in honor of CPL Nicholas Roush, KIA 16 August 2009. Two laps, four stations (burpees, hand-release push-ups, jump squats, leg lifts), run as company teams or battalion buddy teams.
